A Wasmtime [Store] and typed guest exports kept alive across frames for interactive apps.

Constructed when the module exports on_frame. The store holds HostState (canvas, console, timers, etc.) for the lifetime of the tab.

pub fn tick(&mut self, dt_ms: u32) -> Result<()>

Advances one frame: drains expired timers and invokes on_timer(callback_id) for each, then calls on_frame(dt_ms) with the elapsed time in milliseconds.

Timer and frame work each run with a bounded fuel budget; exhaustion is surfaced as an error or logged to the guest console.
